Train derails in Hua Hin, Thailand

A train has derailed in the coastal town of Hua Hin. The train was bound for Bangkok and at least seven people have died, with around 60 people injured.

Thailand has been hit by heavy rain recently and it could have be the cause of the accident.

    You would think that the rail lines should be able to cope with rain, wouldn’t you? How would it affect the train?
